摘 要:1983—1992年在南京郊区4个蔬菜生产基地、2个试验点和山东4市一县5个地点作了调查,表明软腐病在大田主要发生在大白菜生长后期,发病率和发病程度因品种和地点不同而异。经对成株进行厌气检测发现,多数品种都有潜伏侵染,潜伏侵染率为33%—100%不等。贮藏期间可继续发生腐烂,并造成产量损失,因品种的不同,产量损失率约为15%至60%。对潜伏侵染的两种细菌共54上菌株作了鉴定,表明病原细菌是软腐欧文氏菌(Erwinia carotovora susp.Investigations were made at 6 places of Nanjing city and 5 places of Shandong Province in 1983—1992. The occurrence and latent infection of Chinese cabbage soft rot caused by Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora were studied in both fields and experimental plots. The dissase showed slight epidemic at early stage of the host growth and increased severity at later stage, and successive occurrence during storage. In fields, soft rot degree was different among 9 cvs which were representatives of the disease resistance testified by previous studies. About 33%—100% frequencies of latent infection were detected in the tested cvs. The bacteria in latent infection were able to cause soft rot and about 15—60% losses of output of the plant during storage. In all the tests, the cv 81—5 gave good expressions, showed the lowest field epidemic and storage severity of the disease, and the lowest losses of output. By anaerobic technique, two kinds of bacteria were isolated from Chinese cabbage and related host of the soft rot erwinia, no strain of flourescent Pseudomonas and other bacteria were found to cause soft rot of Chinese cabbage in storage and latent infection.
