摘  要:用9种含菌量的菌悬液接种大白菜幼苗根系,分别检测病菌对幼根各分区表面的吸附菌量,估计出了病菌对根不同分区表面吸附所需的接种菌量阈值(菌悬液含菌量低限),为研究吸附性质和机制打下了基础。The young roots of Chinese cabbage were inoculated with 9 serially diluted suspensions of soft rot Erwinia and adsorption of the pathogen to the host root surfaces was detected. The bacterial number thresholds were then determined for reversible and irreversible adsorption on 4 botanical areas of the plant root. It was found that the root hair region had important role in this event of the pathogen—host interactions.
