摘  要:针对大型火力发电机组汽温被控对象动态特性迟延及时变、非线性强的特点,在常规控制方案的基础上,采用对象特性在线预估补偿策略,并根据机组负荷和汽温偏差模糊在线调整PID控制器参数。经300MW及以上容量机组现场试验及运行表明,该方案的控制效果优良,在常见干扰作用下,汽温动态、静态性能达到并超过了工艺流程所要求的各项指标。该系统可在不同类型的DCS上实现,具有较好的推广应用前景。The steam temperature controlled object of large size boiler features strong dynamic character delay and inertia and time-varying nonlinear property. In light of these features, on the basis of the conventional control scheme, the problem of steam temperature control has been solved with the compensation of inertia character on-line by Smith prediction method and with the on-line adjustment of PID controller parameter by the fuzzy logic arithmetic and the boiler load and steam temperature deviation. The application results in the 300 MW and above capacity units show that the control system has better performance and stronger adaptive capability. What's more, the realization of the control system becomes easy by the DCS.
