摘　　要：劳动定额是煤炭企业贯彻按劳分配的基础,本文从理论与实践两方面探讨了劳动定额在煤炭企业内部承包中的应用,首次提出了承包产量、承包单价、承包工资与劳动定额的关系模型。Labour guota is the basis for carrying out the distribution according to work in coal enterprises. This paper makes theoretically and practically research on the application of labour quota in internal contracts of coal enterprises. For the first time, the paper presents a ralation model of labour quota to contracts of production, unit price and wage.
