摘 要:在Na2B4O7.10H2O底液中,镍( )与酪氨酸生成的络合物可在-0.86V(vsSCE)处产生一灵敏的极谱波,酪氨酸的浓度在16~160μmol/L范围内与峰电流I″P有良好的线性关系,检出限为2μmol/L.经多种电化学方法证明该波为络合物吸附波,其电极过程为不可逆,电子转移数为2.所拟方法已用于复方氨基酸注射液中酪氨酸的测定.In a buffer solution of Na_2B_4O_7.10H_2O(pH=9.3),The complex of Nickel(Ⅱ)-tyrosines produced a sensitive polarographic wave at the potential of -0.86 V (vs.SCE) .the 2th-order derivative peak current of the wave is linearly proportional to Tyrosine concentration in the range of 16~160 μmol/L,the detection limit was 2 μmol/L. Several electrochemistry methods were used to study the properties of the wave. It proved to be an adsorptive wave of Nickel(Ⅱ)-Tyrosine complex. The electrode process is an irreversible redox process,and the number of electron transfer is 2. The effects of many amino acids on the peak current were tested .The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Tyrosine in injection samples with satisfactory results.
