摘 要:在树脂中引入含氟单体和自交联单体制成自交联含氟乳液,不仅能降低成本,而且能赋予含氟聚合物优异的性能,但树脂中 C-F 基团和自交联剂的引入使聚合反应的稳定性受到很大的影响。今采用种子乳液聚合法,对影响自交联含氟乳液聚合反应稳定性的主要因素进行探讨,结果表明:加入 0.1%以上的含氟乳化剂,乳液聚合稳定性得到明显提高;当引发剂用量为 0.5%、聚合温度为 60℃时,聚合的稳定性和转化率达到最佳;N-MA 不宜过多,以小于 6%为宜;为确保聚合稳定进行,pH 为 5 时比较理想。从 FTIR、DSC 以及聚合物的性能表征来看,通过优化聚合条件,得到了性能较好的自交联含氟乳液。The self-crossliking fluorine-containing latex with lower producing costs and better performance can be prepared by introducing fluorine-containing and self-crossliking monomer. But the stability of this emulsion polymerization would significantly decrease due to presence of C-F group and self-crossliking monomer. The seed emulsion polymerization method was adopted attempting to improve the stability of emulsion polymerization. The influences of emulsifier, initiator, polymerization temperature, self-crossliking monomer content and pH value on the stability of emulsion polymerization were investigated. The experiment results show that the stability of emulsion polymerization can be improved by introducing above 0.1%(wt) fluorine-containing emulsifier. The emulsion polymerization stability varied with the concentration of initiator and reaction temperature, the optimum value of which are 0.5%(wt) initiator and 60℃. The optimal content of N-MA is below 6% and pH value must be controlled at 5 to insure steady polymerization process. The FTIR, DSC and other tests demonstrated that under above optimizing polymerizatim conditions, the self-crosslinking fluorine-containing latex with better performances was obtained in our experiments at ambient temperature.
