摘  要:目的 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化及意义。方法 用ELISA法检测40例HIE患儿急性期和恢复期血清IL-6、SAA、CRP水平,并与20例无窒息及感染的新生儿比较。结果HIE轻、中、重三组IL-6、SAA、CRP水平均明显高于对照组,其中重度HIE存活者多数高于其它各组而死亡组均明显低于各治疗组,恢复期三指标均显著下降。SAA恢复较IL-6、CRP缓慢并与。HIE预后有关。结论 同时检测血清IL-6、SAA、CRP水平及变化,对新生儿HIE的早期诊断及对病程、预后的评价具有重要的临床意义。Objective To study the changes of interleukin-6(IL-6), serum amyloid A(SAA) and C - reactive protein(CRP) levels in neonatal hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy(HIE), and explore the value of them. Methods The concentration of IL-6, SAA and CRP in serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELBA) in 40 neonates with HIE and 20 normal neonates without asphyxia and infection during the acute period and restoration period. Results Compared with the normal group, the levels of IL - 6, SAA, CRP in the HIE eases increased significantly, most of the survival infants of severe HIE was the highest of all groups and the dead infants was lower than the therapy groups. The three indexes decreased obviously in convalescence but SAA is lower than others and related with the prognosis of HIE. Conclusion Determining the levels of IL-6, SAA and CRP are important in early phase diagnosis and evaluate prognosis.
