摘  要:目的 利用新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型,探讨缺血缺氧后不同时间热休克蛋白(HSP70)的表达。方法采用阻断左侧颈总动脉制作新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤动物模型,用原位杂交的技术观察正常对照组及缺氧缺血1 h、24 h、48 h、96h组HSP70表达变化以及阳性染色细胞的分布部位及数量。结果核酸原位杂交DAB染色、图象扫描分析显示,HSP70表达在缺氧缺血后1 h后即有升高,24 h时阳性表达最高,48 h、96 h表达逐渐降低。结论 脑缺氧缺血后热休克蛋白(HSP)表达增加,与脑缺氧缺血后神经细胞保护作用有关。Objective To investigate the characteristics of the expression of heat shock protein70 (HSP70) in different intervals following hypoxic - ischemic brain damage (HIBD) in neonatal rats. Methods The animal model of HIBD was established by inhaling the mixed gases of 8% O2 and 92% N2 after being ligated left carotid. The distribution and quantities of the expression of HSP70 were ob served by in situ hybridization method in control group and HIBD group in intervals of 1, 24, 48, % h respectively. Result It was showed that the expression of HSPTO increased gradually 1 h after HIBD and reached the peak at 24h. The expression of HSP70 decreased gradually 48 h after HIBD. Conclusion The increase of HSP70 expression may contribute to protection effect of neuron after HIBD.
