摘  要:屋盖结构整体提升具有使用设备简单、地面拼装高效、安全性能好等优点 ,近年来成为许多大跨度钢结构屋盖体系的主要安装方法。结构体系在整体提升状态与设计状态的受力情况不同 ,必须在提升状态下对屋盖结构或支承结构的强度、稳定性进行验算并对某些薄弱部位进行必要的加固。介绍了广州新白云国际机场飞机维修设施工程 10号机库的整体提升方案及其提升设计 ,并在此基础上探讨了在大跨度钢结构整体提升中需要注意的问题。Because of the merits of the integral hoisting in structural construct ion, i.e., simple construction instrument applied, assembling on the ground, hig h efficiency and safety, it has become the main special approaches for long-spa n steel structure construction recent years. It should be noted that during the p rocess of integral hoisting of steel structure, its displacement and stress dist ribution in the structures differ from their design condition, and the checking of stability and strength of members or structure become necessary. Some strengt h or stability-reinforce approaches to some members or structures must be emplo ye d for their construction safety. This paper presents the design of integral hois ting project of China southern airlines aircraft hangar and the structural techn ology problems involved in integral hoisting process. The integral hoisting proc ess and their details for this hangar are also described and discussed.
