摘 要:在传统燃气轮机循环的动态仿真研究中,对涡轮部件的处理一般都采用涡轮特性图或曲线的方法来完成;但如果进入涡轮的工质发生变化,由纯燃气变成高温高压高湿的燃气,那么涡轮特性图或曲线在无法获得的情况下要建立湿工质循环的动态仿真模型,对涡轮部件需作特殊处理。本文根据涡轮的工作原理建立了基于逐级计算的涡轮部件性能仿真模块:利用此涡轮模块,搭建完成了发电用简单燃气轮机循环动态仿真模型,同时燃烧室考虑注湿,计算在不同注湿情况下涡轮部件的性能变化以及整个循环的动态响应过程。In the traditional study for the dynamic simulation of the gas turbine cycle,the turbine is erected through the turbine map which is obtained from the manufacturer as a graph on a sheet of paper.But for the cycle that has water to be injected,the working fluid into the turbine is changed to high temperature, high pressure and high humid,then the simulation module of the turbine in the cycle can not still use this sheet of paper.In order to erect the dynamic simulation of this style cycle,the paper erects a new turbine module on the basis of the performance calculation stage by stage according to the working principle of the turbine.Then the paper erects the dynamic simulation model of the simple gas turbine cycle (SGTC)on the basis of the new turbine module.Thinking that the combustion chamber is injected water,the paper calculates the performance of the turbine and the dynamic response of the SGTC in different absolute humidity.
