新型介孔净化材料与活性炭的性能对比及其制备方法和应用

摘  要:本文分析了天然沸石作为水处理吸附剂与活性炭吸附剂各自的性能特点,得出二者吸附能力差距较大的内在原因。并从上述内因出发,利用天然沸石作为基体,首次提出一种在分子尺度范围内可控地破坏孔洞结构,进行造孔的介孔固体制备方法,再通过物理化学方法改变材料的表面性质,制备出了一种介孔复合吸附材料。应用试验表明,该材料对污水中分子量较大的水溶性有机物及含磷无机物的去除率优于活性炭。As absorbents, the properties of active carbon and nature zeolite are detailedly analyzed in this paper. According to the analytical results, the inherent reasons resulting in the great differences between these two substances are drew. Based on this, for the first time, the paper brings forward a new chemical preparation method of mesoporous composite absorbent, which taking natural zeolite as the matrix by adopting a destructive pore-making technique to etch on the porous structure and to create a new mesoporous structure within the scope of molecular dimensions, then, use a physical chemistry method to modify the surface property. Application experi- ment shows that the effects of this new absorbent on water-soluble organic compounds of big molecular weight and inorganic compounds with phosphorus in sewage are much better than active carbon抯.
