摘 要:采用坩埚下降法 ,在自制的真空炉内石墨坩埚中生长了大尺寸LiF、CaF2 和LaF3晶体。生长前 ,在水平电阻炉内对市售的氟化物原料进行了氟化处理 ,合成了稳定的无水氟化物多晶料。通过优化生长参数 ,如适当的炉温分布、合适的晶种以及缓慢的降温速率 ,成功地生长出尺寸分别为110mm× 5 0mm、2 0 0mm× 4 5mm和5 0mm× 5 0mm的LiF、CaF2Large size fluoride single crystals LiF, CaF 2 and LaF 3 have been grown by Bridgman-Stockbarger method in home-made furnace using a graphite crucible. Fluoridization of raw materials was carried out by heating commercial raw materials with a flow of HF gas in a horizontal furnace, and anhydrous crystalline fluorides were synthesized for the growth. By optimizing the growth conditions, such as a suitable temperature profile, high-quality seeds and a small cooling rate, fluoride crystals of LiF, CaF 2 and LaF 3 were grown successfully and their sizes were 110mm×50mm, 200mm×45mm and 50mm×50mm, respectively.
