摘　　要：针对企业加工设备条件的限制研制了拖拉机机架切边冲孔复合模具。该模具在结构上采用斜刃阶梯相结合降低冲裁力 ,运用外置式弹压卸料及变间隙冲裁提高了模具的可靠性 ,主要工作零件结构设计采用浮动、快换、镶拼等方式 ,方便了模具的制造和维修。经生产验证 ,模具结构合理、经济实用。Based on the conditions of processing facilities in enterprises, the thesis develops the compound dies of cutting edge and punching round holes of the tractor frame. The die reduces the blanking forces by the combing use of step and oblique edge, improves the liability by the use of extra spring-loaded stripping and alternative clearance blanking, and makes it more easy to make and maintain. with its main parts that are designed into float ,quick change ,inlay and so on. It has been proved to be economic, convenience and practical by actual production.
