摘　　要：无线网关的覆盖范围受到衰减和干扰等因素的限制,因此部署无线网关的代价是比较高的。为了减少所需的网关数,同时又能保持相同的覆盖范围,可以将Ad hoc路由协议集成到无线局域网的网络协议中,从而使不在网关直接传输范围内的结点也能够间接地获取Internet连接。详细讨论了这种无线局域网的地址配置和路由问题。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。The coverage area of wireless gateway is limited due to fading and interference, so the deployment of gateways is expensive. To reduce the number of gateways needed while still maintaining the same coverage, a method is presented to integrate the Ad hoc routing protocol into the network protocols of wireless LAN, so that mobile nodes that are not within direct transmission range of a gateway can still obtain Internet connectivity indirectly. The address configuration and routing issues of such wireless LAN are discussed in detail. The result of simulation validates this method.
