摘　　要：介绍在满堆的工业固体废弃物——氧化铝赤泥库上兴建工业建筑的情况,结合中国铝业河南分公司第四赤泥库浓缩设施建设的情况,探讨对赤泥地基处理的得与失。This paper gives an example of the construction of industrial buildings on piled solid industrial waste - alumina red clay pond, and discusses the gain and loss of red-clay foundation treatment combining the construction condition of the thickening facility for No. 4 red clay pond carried out by Henan Branch of Aluminum Corporation of China.
