复方七芍降压片对自发性高血压大鼠GPⅡb/Ⅲa的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨复方七芍降压片降压及防治血栓性并发症的作用机制。方法 :以 10只 14周龄WKY大鼠为阴性对照 ,32只 14周龄自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)随机分为 4组 ,分别采用尾动脉法测血压 ,采用酶联免疫吸附法测量血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)的含量。结果 :复方七芍降压片能够降低SHR血压及GPⅡb/Ⅲa。结论 :复方七芍降压片能有效地降低SHR血压和改善血液高凝状态 。Objective:To explore the mechanism of lowering blood pressure and preventing and curing thrombotic complicated disease with Fufangqishaojiangya tablet. Method:10 14-week-old normal Wistar-kyoto(WKY) rats were used as negatived control and 32 14-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were divided into 4 groups at random,measuring blood pressure(BP) from tail artery and content of platelet glycoproteinⅡb and Ⅲa(GPⅡb/Ⅲa) by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: Fufangqishaojiangya tablet can decrease SHR and the BP, GPⅡb/Ⅲa. Conclusion: Fufangqishaojiangya tablet might effectively decrease the BP and improve the condition of the blood high congeal;The effect of fufangqishaojiangya tablets was associated with descending GPⅡb/Ⅲa.
