西部地区建立村镇小康居住体系若干问题的探讨

摘　　要：　以中国全面建设小康社会的国家政策为导向,结合西部地区村镇居住区的实际情况,依据大量的实例和数据,分析了西部地区村镇居住区建设的现状,阐述了村镇小康居住体系的重要性,进而从注重西部村镇居住区的特色,确定村镇居住体系的"小康"居住标准的内涵,制定西部地区村镇小康居住区规划体系等8个方面,提出建立村镇小康居住体系亟待解决的若干问题。Taking the state policy of China to build a well-to-do society in an all-round way as the orientation, combining the actual situation of the inhabiting quarters of villages and small towns in western regions and based on a large number of examples and data, the paper analyzes 8 aspects such as the status quo of the construction of inhabiting quarters of villages and small towns in western regions, the significance of forming a well-to-do inhabiting system, further attention attached to the features of inhabiting quarters of villages and small towns in western regions, ascertainment of the connotations of the 'well-to-do' inhabiting standards of the inhabiting system of the villages and small towns, and so on. Several problems for building the well-to-do' inhabiting system to be urgently resolved are presented.
