摘  要:该文以木芯为试材,采用方差分析、多重比较、相关分析和聚类分析,研究云杉全分布区20个天然群体的管胞长度、管胞宽度、管胞长度宽度、木材基本密度4个主要材性性状的变异规律和模式.研究结果表明管胞和木材基本密度在群体间和群体内均存在显著差异.云杉20个天然群体的管胞长度的均值为(1.75±0.1992)mm,变幅为1476~2022mm;管胞宽度的均值为(27.66±5.3806)μm,变幅为20.41~37.44μm;管胞长度宽度的均值为66.13±141716,变幅为45.96~90.25;基本密度的均值为0.3694gcm3,变幅为0.3049~0.4306gcm3.云杉天然群体的木材基本密度稍高于云杉中幼人工林的,木材基本密度的径向变异从髓心向外呈递减趋势.管胞和木材基本密度受较强的遗传控制,在树木改良活动中可作为独立性状进行选择.依据管胞和木材基本密度性状的变异特征,可进行优良纸浆材群体的初步选择和群体聚类分析.In order to provide scientific guideline for selecting elite provenance of growth-timber properties, to carry out national Forestry-Paper integrated strategies, and to establish conservation strategies for gene resources, the variation law and pattern of timber properties, including tracheid length, tracheid width, tracheid length/width and wood density were studied in 20 natural populations of Picea asperata, using wood core as experiment materials. The method of variance analysis, multi-comparison, correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze experimental results. Results show that there are significant differences among populations and individuals within population. The mean of tracheid length, width, length/width, and wood density are (1.75 ± 0.1992) mm (from 1.476 to 2.022 mm), (27.66 ± 5.3806) μm (from 20.41 to 37.44 nm), (66.13 ± 14.1716) (from 45.96 to 90.25), and 0.3694 g/cm3 (from 0.3049 to 0.4306 g/cm3), respectively. The wood density of natural populations is a little higher than that of middle-juvenile plantation in Picea asperata. The radical variation of wood density is gradually becoming lower from pith to outside of struck. The four key timber properties are strongly under genetic control. They could be selected as independent properties in tree improvement. A preliminary selection of outstanding pulp wood populations based on main timber properties variation was put forward. The result of cluster analysis is similar for main wood nature properties and phenotypic properties in 20 natural populations of Picea asperata.
