摘 要:用纳米CaCO3 部分替代有机颜料制备纳米复合色母粒用于PP ,PE和ABS树脂着色。采用色度计、Brabender万能塑化仪等测试方法 ,研究纳米CaCO3 部分替代颜料IRGALITERED 2BP对着色材料性能的影响。结果表明 :纳米CaCO3 部分替代IRGALITERED 2BP ,降低有机颜料用量 ,塑料制品的着色效果不会下降 ,甚至有所提高 ,共混体系的加工流变性能基本不变。用透射电子显微镜分析着色材料的微观形态 ,发现纳米CaCO3 的加入可以改善有机颜料颗粒在塑料基体中的分散状况。Application of CaCO 3 nanoparticles in color masterbatch by replacing partially organic pigment for coloring plastics was investigated. The coloring properties of PP,PE and ABS nanocomposites were studied by colorimeter. The results show that the chromas of resins are not reduced, even improved by the addition of nano-CaCO 3. The rheological property of PP blends was investigated by Brabender torque rhemetry, and the torque remained unchanged. The microstructure of the dispersed organic pigment particles in the nanocomposites matrix was observed by TEM. It is found that the pigment particles are dispersed better than that in the composites without nano-CaCO 3.
