摘  要:采用模拟闭塞电池恒电流法研究了带锈铸铁在 3 5 %NaCl水溶液中闭塞区化学状态的变化规律。对带锈铸铁试件通入阳极电流后 ,闭塞区内溶液 pH值随通电时间延长而缓慢下降。与此同时 ,Cl-向闭塞区内电迁移 ,迁移量和浓度随时间而线性增加。SEM结果表明 :随着通电时间的延长 ,带锈铸铁试样局部腐蚀程度增加。In this article, the changes of chemical states inside occluded cell of rusted cast iron in 3.5% NaCl solution were investigated by a method of simulated occluded cell. As an anodic current was passed through the cell, it was observed that the pH value fell gradually. In addition, more Cl - ions migrated into the occluded cell. The quantity migration and the concentration of Cl - ions increased with the time of current flowing. SEM micrographs clearly revealed the morphologies of the localized corrosion of the rusted cast iron in different stages, which also illustrated the corrosion degree.
