摘 要:文中仅用一种可熔性酚醛树脂制得通常需用两种酚醛树脂才能制得的热交联CTP版。研究了合成反应条件对可熔性酚醛树脂的相对分子质量和羟甲基指数的影响及该版材的热敏涂层配方。结果显示适合于这种体系的可熔性酚醛树脂的羟甲基指数为 3左右 ,固有黏度为 8左右 ;热敏涂层最佳配方为m(可熔性酚醛树脂 )∶m(二苯基碘盐 )∶m(红外吸收染料 ) =1∶0 31∶0 2 6。A thermo-crosslinking CTP plate was propared with only one resole resin,which is usually prepared by two different types of phenolic resins.Effects of reaction conditions on the molecular weight and methylol group content of the resole resin were studied, and the composition of the plate's thermo-sensitive layer was also studied. The results show that the resole resin whose methylol group index is about 3 and inherent viscosity is about 8 satisfies this system. The optimum composition of the thermo-sensitive layer is m(resole resin )∶m(diphenyliodonium salt)∶m(IR absorbing dye)=1∶0.31∶0.26.
