2877例医院工作人员健康状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院工作人员健康状况,采取相应预防保健对策。方法对2877例医院工作人员健康查体资料进行统计学分析。结果①主要疾病谱检出率依次为:高脂血症(45.0%)、脂肪肝(37.5%)、宫颈糜烂(20.2%)、高血糖(11.7%)、高血压(6.8%)、肝囊肿(6.3%)、鼻中隔偏曲(5.7%)、乳腺增生(4.7%)、慢性咽炎(4.2%)和子宫肌瘤(3.8%)等。②男性检出率36.8%,女性检出率41.0%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高脂血症男性检出率为56.4%,显著高于女性的43.6%(P<0.01);脂肪肝检出率男性54.5%,亦显著高于女性的45.5%(P<0.01)。③男性以高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血糖、高血压为主要疾病。女性以脂肪肝、高脂血症、宫颈糜烂、高血糖为主要疾病。④随着年龄的增加,疾病检出率显著增加(P<0.01)。结论根据疾病谱的分析结果,对危险因素进行有针对性的干预和预防,有助于提高医院工作人员的健康水平。Objective To determine the health status of medical staff in hospitals,in order to take corresponding prophylactic measures.Method The routine health check-up data in 2 877 medical staff were collected and statistically analyzed.Results ①The distribution of main diseases were hyperlipidemia(45.0%),fatted liver(37.5%),cervical erosion(20.2%),hyperglycemia((11.7%),)hypertension(6.8%),hepatic cyst(6.3%),deviation of nasal septum(5.7%),hyperplasia of mammary glands((4.7%)),chronic pharyngitis(4.2%)and hysteromyoma(3.8%).②The rate of diseases in the male was 36.8%,which was significant lower than female((41.0%),P<0.01).The rate of hyperlipidemia in male was 56.4%,which was significant higher than female(43.6%,P<0.01);the rate of fatted liver in male(54.5%) was also significant higher than female(45.5%,P<0.01).③ Hyperlipidemia,fatted liver,hyperglycemia and hypertension were the main diseases in male,while the fatted liver,hyperlipidemia,cervical erosion and hyperglycemia were the main diseases in female.④ The rate of diseases increased with the increase of age(P<0.01).Conclusion According to the results of analysis of disease distribution,the application of specific prevention and intervention measures aimed at the risk factors may be helpful to improve the health level of medical staff.
