摘  要:家兔12只,实验组8只行颅骨碎片移植,4只去颅骨瓣而不移植作为对照。经肉眼观察、冲击试验和病理形态学观察,(1)移植颅骨处始终与周围正常颅骨保持协调一致的弧度;(2)移植骨形态、结构和生理功能与正常颅骨达到无明显差异的骨性愈合;(3)新生骨形成后不影响硬脑膜及脑组织的功能。对50例施行自体颅骨碎片移植,其中额颞25例,颞部18例,额部3例,枕部2例,额顶和顶部各1例。缺损直径3cm~10cm。48例随访6个月至5年,经X线摄片证实颅骨缺损修补处外观正常,与正常颅骨处类似,未发生任何并发症。Eight rabbits underwent reconstruction of skull defects with autogenous skull bone graft.There were four control animals that did not have repair of skull defect.The results of compression test and the patho- logical morphology indicate that(1)A graft is always matched with the contour of the surrounding skull bone;(2)The grafts have no significant differences in morphology,structures and physiology compared with normal skull;(3)The formation of new bone does not affect the function of the dura mater or the brain.The bone defects of 4 control animals were de- pressed and soft.Fibrous adhesion were formed.The authors reported 50 cases with autogenous skull bone fragment grafts。There were 25 patients with skull defects in the frontotemporal region,18 in the temporal region, 3 in the frontal region,2 in the occipital region.Other defects were locat- ed in the frpntoparietal and the parietal region respectively.The diameters ranged from 3 to 10cm.The follow-up periods of the patients were from 6 months to 5 years,except 2 patients who were died.The reconstructed sites have a normal appearance without depression,are solid when compressed and are analogous to the normal skull bone.The skull radiographs showed that the fused fragments and the skull thickness were similar to normal skull bone.No focal fluid collection or infection occurred after operation.No complication or aggravation of the prior symptoms occurred after recons- truction.
