摘  要:离体实验表明,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)含量在1×10^(-5)~5×10^(-4)mol/L时,可使花生四烯酸(AA)引起收缩状态的兔门静脉松弛,且与剂量呈依赖关系;并可使门静脉管壁PGI_2含量升高,TXA_2不变,但作用明显弱于二十碳五烯酸(EPA)。Salganicoff血小板条实验表明,DHA明显抑制绵羊血小板条张力,使血小板TXA_2含量下降。EPA对血小板条作用与DHA相同。The influence of DHA on tension of rabbit protal veins andsheep platelet strip in vitro were investigated in comparison with EPA.Inthe concentration of 1×10^(-5)~5×10^(-4)mol/L,the portal veins contractedby AA were relaxed by DHA in dose dependently.The level of 6-keto-PGF_(1αin portal vein was enhanced but TXB_2 was not.The effect of DHAwere weaker than those of EPA.Tension of platelet strips with salganicoffmethod was investigated.DHA reduced the tension of platelet stripe andlevel of TXB_2 in platelets significantly.The effects of DHA on both thetension and the level of TXB_2 were the similar to those of EPA.
