摘 要:研究了多不饱和脂肪酸对金黄地鼠血脂和肝LDL受体的影响,以探讨多不饱和脂肪酸降低血清脂质的机制。将雄性金黄地鼠30只随机分为对照组和多不饱和脂肪酸组,前者喂基础饲料加0.12%胆固醇,后者再加喂20%的玉米油,5周后测血脂和肝脏LDL受体。结果表明,与对照组相比,多不饱和脂肪酸组血清TC,TG,LDL-C,VLDL-C均明显下降,而HDL-C则明显升高。体外实验发现,多不饱和脂肪酸组金黄地鼠肝匀浆与^(125)I-LDL特异结合位点显著高于对照组,而^(125)I-LDL与两组动物肝匀浆结合的亲和力无明显差别,提示多不饱和脂肪酸降低血脂与肝LDL受体增加密切相关。The purpose was to study the effect of dietary polyunsaturated fats on serum lipids and LDL receptor,30 male Golden hamsters were divided into 2 groups,the control and the treatment group.The hamsters in the control group were fed with ordinary diets plus cholesterol(0.12%), the hamsters in the treatment group were fed with ordinary diets,cholesterol (0.12%)plus corn oil(20%).All animals were fed for 5 weeks, The results indicated as follows:the serum TC,TG,LDL-C,VLDL-C were decreased very significantly in treatment group(P<0.01),while HDL-C was increased significantly(P<0.05),kd of ^(125)I-LDL binding hepatic LDL receptor in two groups has no obvious difference,while the number of hepatic LDL receptor was increased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.01).The result of the present study suggests that lipid-lowering effect of polyunsaturated fatty acid is intimately associated with the eleva- tion of hepatic LDL receptors.
