摘　　要：目的探讨老年迟发性硬膜下积液CT表现。方法回顾性分析28例老年迟发性硬膜下积液的CT资料。结果15例表现为颅骨内板下新月型水样密度影,8例表现为大脑镰旁弧型水样密度影,5例上述两种类型均有表现。属单纯性硬膜下积液15例,临床症状轻;复合型硬膜下积液13例,临床症状多样。结论老年迟发性硬膜下积液的CT表现有其特征性,结合病史及病程可作出正确诊断。Objective To evaluate the CT features and the clinical manifestation of senile tardy subdural fluid accumulation (SFA). Methods The CT features and clinical manifestation of senile tardy SFA in 28 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results 15 cases presented crescent-like watery density under the skull,8 cases presented arc-like watery density beside cerebral falx,while the remaining 5 cases presented both.15 cases of simple SFA had mild clinic symptoms;13 cases of complex SFA had various clinic symptoms. Conclusion CT findings of senile tardy SFA are relatively characteristic,with which the correct diagnosis can be made if combined with the history and clinical setting.
