摘 要:报道了甘薯茎尖培养的实验工作,证明在MS附加IAA mg/L+BA 0.1mg/L+GA_3 0.05mg/L的条件下能促进茎尖生长,但基部形成愈伤组织,因此必须适时转入无激素的MS培养基上,停止愈伤组织的继续生长,以加速成苗过程,成苗度可达80%左右。甘薯的基因型显著影响培养茎尖的成苗率,脱毒植株进行单节茎段微型快速繁殖,每月繁殖系数为4~5。Regeneration from shoot apex of sweet potato has been reported. The experiment shows that MS medium supplemented with IAA 0. 1 mg/L, BA 0. 1 mg/L adn GA_3 0. 05 mg/L may accelerate the growth of shoot apex, meanwhile there is some callus formation at the base of the explants. For stopping callus growing continuously, it is necessary to transfer promptly the explants to the MS medium without any hormones. The frequency of plantlet formation by this methods can reach about 80% , but it varies with different varieties. The plantlets free of viruses can be micropropagated. The coefficient of micropropagation is 4~5 monthly.
