摘  要:采用兔抗哺乳类Glu、SP、Gas、Pro、SOM、ACTH和PP等7种抗血清,应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 过氧化物酶免疫细胞化学技术,从锯缘青蟹的消化系统检测出前 4 种抗血清呈免疫阳性反应.Glu细胞分布于食道的皮腺、后肠肌层和肝胰腺.SP细胞位于后肠皮腺和肝胰腺.Gas细胞分布于食道和后肠的皮腺、贲门胃粘膜上皮以及肝胰腺.Pro细胞仅见于肝胰腺内.锯缘青蟹消化道粘膜上皮内分泌细胞少,这与脊椎动物内分泌细胞主要分布于消化道粘膜上皮的模式不同.肝胰腺具有4种内分泌细胞,提示了肝胰腺是锯缘青蟹体内重要的内分泌腺.By using seven kinds of antisera raised against rabbits and immunocytochemistry method of Strept Avidin-Biotin-Complex,the endocrinal cells in the digestive system of Scylla serrata were identified and localized.The results are as follows:Among the antisera of glucagons(Glu), gastrin(Gas),substance P(SP),proctolin(Pro),somatostatin,drenocorticotropic hormone and pancreatic polypeptide,immu noreactivity against antisera of Glu,SP,Gas and Pro were observed.Glu immunoreactive cells are located in the tegumental gland of oesophagus,the muscle of hindgut,and the hepatopancreas.Gas immunoreactive cells were detected in the tegumental gland of oesophagus and hindgut, the mucosa epitheliums of cardiac stomach and the hepatopancreas.SP immunoreactive cells were found in the tegumental gland of hindgut and the hepatopancreas.Pro immunoreactive cells only existed in the hepatopancreas.The mucosa epitheliums in the digestive system of Scylla serrata only show a small number of endocrine cells,this distribution pattern differs from the predominant distribution of endocrine cells in the mucosa epitheliums of vertebrates.The variety and the number of immunoreactive cells in the hepatopancreas are both more than those in the digestive tract,which suggests that in Scylla serrata the hepatopancreas are important endocrine glands.
