摘  要:研究蚊不同发育时期蛋白质表达的差异,为抗蚊疫苗研究获得合理的免疫原提供依据 SDS PAGE电泳分析结果表明:随着发育时间的进行,中华库蚊和白纹伊蚊蛋白质条带均明显增多,同时雌雄蚊具有各自的特异性条带,雌蚊血饲后出现一明显的大分子量条带(230 kDa),并且该条带随产卵的完成明显变浅变细,表明该蛋白表达变少.总之,这些蛋白质表达差异,尤其是血饲后出现的大分子蛋白质,可以成为进一步深入研究的对象.Study of mosquito protein expression in its different development period is very significant.The aim is to acquire appropriate immunity antigen to be used in the research of anti-mosquito vaccine.Using the method of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,we found:(1) the different stages of protein expression of Culex sinensis and Aedes albopictus have same pattern and the number of protein bands increased with their development;(2) male and female mosquitoes both have specific protein band which represent their sexual identity;(3) a distinct high molecular weight protein with the molecular weight at 230 kDa appeared after the female mosquito is blood-fed,and after the female mosquitoes laid eggs,it became weak and narrow,impling that this protein decreased.Maybe the differences of protein expression level of Culex sinensis and Aedes albopictus in their different development period,especially the blood-fed female specific band,will be the target of anti-mosquito vaccine.
