摘　　要：目的:比较甲泼尼龙、地塞米松和氢化可的松在豚鼠圆窗膜局部给药后外淋巴液中的药代动力学。 方法:实验豚鼠按给药时间分组,将100g/L的糖皮质激素滴于圆窗膜上,给药后在不同时间段采集外淋巴液标 本,用高压液相色谱法测定药物浓度。结果:外淋巴液中甲泼尼龙、地塞米松和氢化可的松的最高浓度分别出现 在给药后30、60、30min,随后药浓度迅速下降。结论:3种糖皮质激素均能迅速地通过圆窗膜,在外淋巴达到较 高的浓度,随后药物浓度迅速下降。Objective:To compare the pharmacokinetics of Methylprednisolone, Dexamethasone and Hydrocortisone in the inner era of guinea pig after administered via round window.Method:Guinea pig was divided into groups chronologically.After a drop of 100 g/L corticosteroid applied into the round window niche, the tympanic perilymph was sampled chronologically.Concentration of the three corticosteroid in perilymph were measured via HPLC and analyzed by 3P97 software.Result:The highest concentration of the three drug appeared at 30 min,60 min and 30 min.Then the concentration declined rapidly. Conclusion:All three corticosteroid permeate the round window membrane easily,but the concentration declined rapidly after the peak appearing.
