精炼埋弧渣系对60t钢包炉(LF)钢水升温速度的影响

摘  要:在 5 5~ 75kg实验钢包炉精炼渣系的研究基础上 ,采用组成 (% )为 :6 3 6~ 70 0石灰 ,2 2 7~ 2 5 0高铝矾土 ,5 0~ 13 6萤石 (S1渣 ) ;6 0 0~ 6 6 7石灰 ,2 0 8~ 2 5 0萤石 ,12 5~ 15 0火砖块 (S2渣 ) ;5 5 5~ 6 5 0石灰 ,35 0~ 4 4 5萤石 (S3渣 ) 3种渣系进行 6 0tLF精炼渣埋弧工业试验 ,所精炼的钢种为 2 0 ,2 0G ,4 0Cr ,35 CrMoA和GCr15。结果表明 ,用 3种渣系钢水平均脱硫率均为 87% ,LF在采用S1、S2、S3渣系精炼时钢水平均升温速度分别为 3 84℃ min、2 86℃ min和 2 4 8℃ min。S1渣的脱硫速度快 ,从而缩短了精炼时间。Based on research of refining slag series by 55~75 kg experimental ladle furnace (LF), the commercial production experiment of embedding arc refining slag in a 60t ladle furnace has been carried out using three kind of slag: S1 slag- 63.6~70.0 lime, 22.7~25.0 high alumina and 5.0~13.6 fluorite; S2 slag- 60.0~66.7 lime, 20.8~25.0 fluorite and 12.5~15.0 refractory block; and S3 slag- 55.5~65.0 lime and 35.0~44.5 fluorite, and the refining steel grades were 20, 20G, 40Cr, 35CrMoA and GCr15 steel. The results showed that the all average desulphurization rate of molten steel using the three slag series was 87%, and the average heat up rate of molten steel during LF refining was 3.84 ℃/min, 2.86 ℃/min and 2.48 ℃/min respectively by using S1, S2 and S3 slag series. As desulphurization speed was quick by using S1 slag therefore the refining time decreased.
