摘 要:以Mgmcl2(THF)2、SiO2及其复合载体负载二亚胺镍配合物(C6H5NC(CH3)C(CH3)NC6H5)NiCl2和AlEt2Cl组成的催化体系进行乙烯聚合制备支化聚乙烯。载体和聚合温度对乙烯聚合催化活性或产物结构性能都有很大的影响。镍配合物以MgCl2/SiO2复合载体负载、对乙烯在14℃聚合时有最高的催化活性,达25×105g/(mol·h)(以每摩尔Ni所得到的PE克数计);产物聚乙烯支化度为17%,13CNMR分析结果表明,含有甲基、丁基和长支链。随着温度的升高聚乙烯产物支化度和甲基支链含量都迅速增加,长支链含量则显著下降。3种负载催化剂聚合得到的聚乙烯产物颗粒半径均呈正态分布。Supported catalysts for ethylene polymerization were prepared by the interaction of nickel diimine complex (C 6 H 5 N C(CH 3 )C(CH 3 ) N C 6 H 5 )NiCl 2 with MgCl 2 (THF) 2 , silica and their bisupport,and branched polyethylenes were obtained with AlEt 2 Cl as cocatalyst. Supports and polymerization temperature have pronounced effects on catalytic activity of the catalysts and the properties of polyethylene products. The highest catalytic activity of 2 5×10 5 g/(mol·h) was obtained at 14 ℃ over MgCl 2 /SiO 2 bisupport, and the branching degree of polyethylene product was 1 7%. 13 C NMR analysis reveals there are methyl, butyl and long branches at polyethylene backbone. Branching degree of the polyethylenes and the content of methyl branch rise quickly with reaction temperature, but the content of long branches drops remarkably. Particle size analysis reveals that the size of polymer microspheres presents a Gaussian distribution.
