摘　　要：阐明了在浑椿河小流域开展综合治理对减少水土、肥流失 ,改善当地生态环境 ,促进农、林、牧、副诸业发展的作用 ,并分析了小流域综合治理的近期和远期效益。The functions of a comprehensive treatment of soi l and water conservation on the decrease of loss of the soil,water and fertilizer and the promotion of the development of agriculture, forestry,animal husbandry, si deline and so on in Hunchun River Valley are stated.And the far and near benefit s of the comprehensive treatment of the valley are analyzed.
