摘　　要：　极端嗜盐绿色杜氏藻是目前世界发现的耐盐性最强的植物,具有一定的研究价值和应用前景。文章对中国渤海湾滩涂极端嗜盐环境中发生的极端嗜盐绿色杜氏藻进行了调查、采样、分离及培养,分离出4种形态差异较大的极端嗜盐绿色杜氏藻,描述了它们的细胞结构和形态特征。Extreme halotolerant dunaliella viridis is the strongest plant to bear salt quality of all plants found in the world.It has certain research value and application prospect. The algae come from the condition of extremely high salty water in the mud flat of China's Bohai Sea Gulf.Through investigating,sampling,separating amd culturing,we isolate four various kinds of extreme halotolerant Dunaliella viridis.This article describs their cell structure and form characteristic mainly.
