摘 要:目的研究大黄对危重症患者胃肠功能衰竭的防治作用。方法将严重创伤、感染性休克、重症胰腺炎等危重症患者随机分为大黄预防组和非大黄预防组,将非大黄预防组中出现的应激性胃肠粘膜病变和中毒性肠麻痹患者作为大黄治疗组的研究对象。观察预防组和非预防组患者胃肠道并发症的发生率。结果大黄预防组患者应激性胃肠粘膜病变、中毒性肠麻痹的发生率明显低于非预防组,大黄对应激性胃肠粘膜病变的有效率77.8%,中毒性肠麻痹的缓解率75%。结论大黄能预防和治疗危重症患者胃肠功能衰竭。Objective: To study the prevention and treatment effect of rhubarb on gastrointestinal function failure in critical Illness. Methods: All critical patients including critical wound, infection shock and critical pancreatitis were randomly dividedly into rhubarb prevention group(RPG) and non-rhubarb prevention group(NRPG). Those patients with stress gastrointestinal mucositis or poisoning intestine lull in NRHG were taken as study object in RPG The occurrence ratios were observed in both groups. Results: The occurrence ratio of stress gastrointestinal mucositis or poisoning intestine lull in RPG was lower than that in NRPG significantly. The effective ratio of rhubarb on stress gastrointestinal mucositis was 77.80, and the relieve ratio of rhubarb on poisoning intestine lull was 75%. Conclusion: Rhubarb can prevent and treat critical gastrointestinal function failure.
