中肺合剂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌100例

摘　　要：目的观察“中肺合剂”治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法用“中肺合剂”治疗非小细胞肺癌100例,并与单纯化疗组(MVP方案)86例进行对照观察。结果两组治疗前的病灶变化相似。治疗后治疗组稳定率72%、对照组69.77%;治疗组临床症状改善79%,对照组49.83%;治疗组体重稳定率81%,对照组38.37%(P<0.01);治疗组生活质量(卡氏评分),提高率87%,对照组46.51%。两组3项观察指标比较,P均<0.01。结论“中肺合剂”治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌,在改善临床症状,提高生活质量等方面有临床意义。Objective: To observe the late curing effect of Zhongfei decoction on non-small celllung cancer. Methods: 100 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were treated by Zhongfei decoction from May 1999 to Dec. 2003, which were observed and compared with 86 cases by singly chemical treatment (MVP methods). Results: It was similar in focus between two groups before treatment, whose stability ratios were 72.00% and 69.77% respectively(P>0.05). After treatment in two groups, the improvement ratios of clinical syndrome were 79.00% and 49.83% respectively(P<0.01), the stability ratios of weight 81.00% and 38.87% respectively(P<0.01), the improvement of life quality 87.00% and 46.51%(Car's integral). Conclusion: Zhongfei decoction has clinical significance in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer, esp., in improving clinical syndrome and life quality.
