大黄对危重病患者降钙素原和白细胞介素-6的影响

摘　　要：目的观察大黄对危重病全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)和多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者降钙素原(PCT)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将SIRS和MODS患者66例作为治疗组,在综合治疗的基础上给予大黄鼻饲,观察治疗前后外周血PCT和IL-6水平变化,并与健康人(对照组)36例进行对比。结果治疗组治疗前外周血PCT和IL-6水平明显高于对照组,治疗后则明显下降。结论大黄对炎症因子具有拮抗作用,并能清除外周血PCT和IL-6,改善危重病患者的预后。Objective:To observe the effects of rhubarb on interleukine-6 (IL-6) and procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS).Methods:66 patients (the treatment group) who suffered from SIRS and MODS were treated by general treatment as well as rhubarb given through stomach tube.Serum IL-6 and PCT were measured respectively before and after the treatment.Then compared those with 36 healthy persons (the controlled group).Results:It was found that the levels of serum PCT and IL-6 were all significantly increased in the treatment group,compared with the controlled group.After 7 days' treatment,the levels of serum PCT and IL-6 were all decreased obviously in the treatment group.Conclusion:Rhubarb has an antagonism against inflammatory cell factors.Rhubarb can clear away the serum IL-6 and PCT and obviously improve grognosis of patients with critical illness.
