摘　　要：目的观察慢肝合剂对肝细胞再生作用的影响。方法采用大鼠部分肝切除法复制肝细胞再生模型,给予慢肝合剂,并与促肝细胞生长因子治疗者对比,同时计算肝指数的变化,采用光镜观察肝脏HE的变化及用电镜观察肝脏超微结构的变化。结果中药组肝指数、肝脏HE及超微结构的改善情况明显优于模型组。结论慢肝合剂有明显的促进肝细胞再生的作用。Objective:To observe the effet of Mangan Misture (慢肝合剂) on promoting liver cell regenration.Methods:The rat model was duplicated with partial hepatectomy.Rats were treated with Mangan Misture,and contrasted with those accepted hepatic cells generating factor.The hepatic index was calculated,and the HE of the rats' liver was observed with optic microscope.The ultrastructure was observed with electronic microscope.Results:The improvement of the hepatic index,HE and ultrastructure of Mangan Mixture group preceded the model obviously.Conclusion:Mangan Misture could promote liver cell regeneration.
