摘　　要：在对人民币汇率机制现状和问题做了阐述分析的基础上 ,作者认为 ,人民币汇率真正回归到有管理的浮动是汇率调整的主导趋势 ,并就人民币汇率机制如何改革 ,如何确定汇率水平 ,如何逐步完善汇率机制市场化等问题提出了改革的政策措施。This thesis analyzes the status quo and problems of RMB exchange rate regime first and then delivers reform proposals and considerations that need to take thereof. The thesis holds that it is the main trend to implement the managed floating rate system. And finally, reform policies and measures are proposed on how to implement target management, how to define exchange rate and how to perfect market-based exchange regime.
