摘　　要：合成了6个双硫脲类衍生物,其化学结构由红外光谱和元素分析证实。对化合物Ⅰ进行了抗病毒活性测试,发现其对家蚕细胞质型多角体病毒具有较高的活性。Six new compounds of N_1,N_1′-(1,4-phenylene)-N_3,N_3′ -diaryl-dithioureas were synthesized by condensation of substituted aromatic amines with p-phenylene diisothio-cyanate.Compound I has been tested against Bombyx mori Cytoplasmic Polyhedrosis Virus(CPV)and exhibited significant antiviriral activity 1n siikworm in vivo.
