摘　　要：鲜竹沥胶囊主要药效学试验，结果表明鲜竹沥胶囊在体外对常见的呼吸道及肠道感染的细菌有一定的抑制作用；能显著抑制氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽；能显著抑制磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠哮喘；能显著增加小鼠呼吸道粘膜排泌酚红的量，具有一定的润肺祛痰作用。The bacterial culture in vitro, the models of cough of mice induced by concentrated ammonia solutioin, ear inflammatory swelling of mice induced by dimethyl-benzene, changes in trachea excretion phenol red in mice and asthma induced by phosphorus histamine in guinea pig were studied. As a result, Xianzhuli Capsule possessed the obviously antibacterial, antitussive and antiinflammalory effects.
