光栅型结构光检测系统中确定光条中心的算法研究

摘　　要：介绍了在光栅型结构光检测系统中，为了确定图像的某些特征而对光条中心的确定方法进行了研究。该方法可达到亚象素级，使得测头的分辨率有了较大的提高，从而大大提高了整个系统的测试精度。In the paper, a method of testing the stripe center in the inspecting system with grid-structured-light in that we can obstain some properties on image is put forward. The method can propose subpixel algorithms of stripe center, and the method has a good ability to improve the distinguishing of spectator and hence improve the pricising of whole system greatly.
