陆永昌治疗咳嗽的经验

摘　　要：治疗外感咳嗽,采用宣肺止嗽法,证属风寒者,用自拟宣肺散寒止嗽汤;证属风热者,用自拟清热宣肺止嗽汤;证属燥热者,用自拟清燥润肺止嗽汤。治疗内伤咳嗽,采用宣补兼施法,自拟固本止嗽散和宣肺固本止嗽丸治之。Professor Lu is good at treatment of the syndroms due to exogenous pathogenic factor and internal damage. Exogenous pathogenic cough is treated by opening the inhibited lung—energy and relieving cough. He establishes three prescriptions for these syndomes, and separately treat wind-cold, wind-heat and dryness-heat cough. Internal damage cough is treated by both opening the inhibited lung-energy and reinforcing lung-energy. He establishes two prescriptions for treating internal damage cough.
