胃元丹治疗萎缩性胃炎375例临床研究

摘　　要：用胃元丹治疗萎缩性胃炎375例,并与维酶素治疗70例作对照,研究结果表明:胃元丹治疗萎缩性胃炎1个疗程(3个月),治愈率为14.13％,总有效率为84.27％,疗效高于对照组,经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.01)。疗程越长,疗效越高,2～4个疗程的治愈率达到30.93％,总有效率达到98.40％,认为胃元丹从多方面改变机体内环境及胃内微环境,使病变组织恢复正常。375 cases of atrophic gastritis were treated with Wei Yuan pil for three months. The investigation has been shown that the cure rate was 14.13%, the total effective rate was 84.27%. In comparing with control group, the result of therapy is impressive, the difference between two groups is significant statistically. Moreover, it has been fonnd that the longer period of therapy, the better efficacy of it. After the treatment for 6～12 months, the cure rate and total ettective rate increased to 30.9% and 98.40% respectively.
