摘 要:黄土高原地区粮食发展历史经验和十年科技攻关实践及生产潜力的调查和试验证明 ,该区域在资源潜力和技术潜力上有能力达到粮食自给。通过多方面的努力 ,黄土高原粮食生产连续上了几个台阶 ,其中选育高产、优质、多抗粮食作物品种 ,应用高产、高质、高效配套技术在粮食生产中的作用与地位更为明显 ,应引起决策者和生产者的高度重视 ,并加以总结和推广 。The Loess Plateau Area has the capacity to reach self一sufficient grain in the resource and technological potentialities,which has been proved by the historial experience of grain development,the ten一year一storming of science and technology as well as the investigation and experiments of production potentialities.The grain production in the Loess Plateau Area has continously gained some achievements through efforts in many ways.selecting high一yield,high quality and multi一resistant grain variety and The function and position of applying high一yield,high quality and high efficient complete sets of technologies in grain production have become much more apparent.The policymakers and producers must highly value them,sum them up and spread them to meet the grain demands of people in the next century.
