影子水价法在南水北调西线城镇供水中的应用

摘　　要：针对现行《水利建设项目经济评价规范》(SL72 - 94)推荐的城镇供水效益计算方法 ,作了分析评价 ,指出各种方法的特点 ,对《规范》提出的但没有明确计算方法的影子水价法 ,运用影子价格的经济含义进行了初步探讨 。Analysing and evaluating the calculating mothod of water supply efficiency in cities which are recommended in 《Economic Evaluation Standards on Water Conservancy Development Projects》,the article points out the characteristics of all kinds of methods.It also uses the economic implication of the shadow price to make the preliminary research on the shadow water price method which is put forward but not definitely calculated in the paper above and applies it to the calculation of the water supply efficiency in cities on the Western Line diverting water from South to North of China.
