摘　　要：目的对十字花科植物菘蓝 (IsatisindigoticaFort.)叶的提取物的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法大青叶 95 % (φ)乙醇提取物经氯仿、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇分步萃取 ,各部分萃取物再经反复硅胶柱层析及重结晶等分离手段进行分离、纯化 ;通过波谱 (1H NMR、13 C NMR)分析和化学方法鉴定了其化学结构。结果分离得到 6个化合物 ,分别被鉴定为 3,5 二甲氧基 对羟基苯甲酸 (3,5 dimethoxy 4 hydroxybenzoicacid ,Ⅰ ,即丁香酸 ,syringicacid)、烟酸 (nicotinicacid ,Ⅱ )、5 羟基 2 吲哚酮 (5 hydroxy 2 indolinone ,Ⅲ )、异牡荆素 (isovitexin ,Ⅳ )、琥珀酸 (succinicacid ,Ⅴ )、水杨酸 (sali cylicacid ,Ⅵ )。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Isatis indigotica Fort.(Family Cruciferae).Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by the silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectra data.Results The compounds obtained were identified as 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy benzoic acid (Ⅰ), nicotinic acid (Ⅱ), 5-hydroxy-2-indolinone (Ⅲ),isovitexin (Ⅳ),succinic acid (Ⅴ),salicylic acid (Ⅵ).Conclusions Among them,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ are isolated from Folium Isatidis for the first time.
