摘　　要：目的　探讨根管内折断器械取出术的护理配合要点。方法　对 4 9例根管内折断器械取出术病例分析 ,结合具体治疗过程 ,对护理配合的重点进行研究。结果　手术中 ,助手娴熟的专业技能、默契的配合 ,时刻保持医师视野的清晰、准确快速平稳地传递器械是护理配合的重点。结论　重视患者的心理护理 ,才能获得患者在整个治疗过程中的理解和配合 ,正确熟练的护理配合可充分发挥助手在工作中的主动性 ,可缩短手术时间 ,提高手术成功率。Objective To study the main point of nursing combination for removal the broken instruments in root canals. Methods Analyse the nurse assistant points and characteristics in 49 cases of removal broken instruments in root canals. Results The special skills, expert cooperation, keep the doctor's visual field clear, and transfer instruments exactly and quickly during operation are very important for nursing assistant. Conclusion It can achieve understanding and combination from patients for paying attention to psychological nursing during the whole treatment,the correct and skillful nursing care could reduce treatment time; increase the incidence of success.
