摘　　要：本文就肺静脉和Marshall韧带与局灶性心房颤动的关系 ,局灶性心房颤动的解剖基础、治疗及其射频治疗的并发症、局限性及存在问题作一综述。The author aims to review the relationship of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and pulmonary veins and Marshall ligament,then further investigate the anatomic basis,treatment,complications,limitation and current problems of radiofrequency ablation for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
