摘　　要：心房颤动系临床上最常见的一种心律失常 ,心房电重构在心房颤动的发生和维持中起有重要的作用。本文通过对心房电重构现象机制及治疗对策进行综述 ,旨在为临床提高心房颤动转复的成功率及降低心房颤动复发率提供依据。s: Atrial fibrillation(Af) is a kind of the most common arrhythmias.Electrical remodeling plays a key role in occurrence and persistence of Af.We review the mechanism and treatment of electrical remodeling in order to support success of defibrillation and decrease the reoccurrence.
